RACE FORMAT
Athletes complete running intervals broken up by functional workout stations.
Running Options
- 800m outdoor run, or
- 500m indoor run option
Athletes will choose their run option on the day. Both options keep the race intense while allowing smooth race flow.
Race Flow Rule
Athletes will move in the listed order where possible.
If a station is temporarily full, athletes will skip forward to the next available station and return to complete the missed station before continuing.
This ensures:
- No bottlenecks
- Continuous race flow
- Every athlete completes every station
- This is a Non-timer chip event and every athlete completes every station.

- Ram Thrusters – 60 reps

- Sled Push – 50m
- Run – 800m outdoor or 500m indoor
- Sled Pull – 50m
- Run – 800m outdoor or 500m indoor
- Row Erg – 1,000m
- Run – 800m outdoor or 500m indoor
- Walking Lunges – 100m
- Run – 800m outdoor or 500m indoor
- Burpee Broad Jumps – 80m
- Sprint Finish
